    I've seen it all now.....

So for those inquiring minds that want to know about this, I did widen a Gen2/3 Performer frame and it was like the pictures above that Eric V posted. I found it awkward to cook with and it took up as much space as my Whalen King Kettle. I’m an SSP guy and shortly after finishing this project I...

    Off-Road Shorty kettle/WSM mod

So here was the dilemma. Years ago I rescued a no-date coded 18" WSM that the previous owners abused and used for a firepit. I cleaned it up, ordered new grates and added Brinkmann pan, a Cajun Bandit door and stuck a thermo/bezel on it and it went to my nephew who learned the bullet ways...

**RED Cajun Bandit 18" SJP Mod**

No on the Bondo. High temp 2000* primer under engine paint. It will eventually discolor on the bowl, but its just to keep the rust in check.

20 yr old Go Anywhere propane find

Post a pic. I don't keep up with GA's unless I'm picking them up for handles to rob. Where is the date ID on them?

**RED Cajun Bandit 18" SJP Mod**

Did some major RRR work on a no-date coded 18" 3 wheeler with leg socket "issues" which made it a prime candidate for an SJP mod. Added a set of Cajun Bandit legs so they bolt on and no stress on the socket areas, robbed a wire lid bale/lock off an SJP. some daisy vents off a rustbucket WSM...

**Looking for Rustbucket RED 18's for projects & restorations**

Do you have a roached out rustbucket RED 18" OTS or 3 wheeler laying around? Missing leg socket(s) or handle(s)?? Something you may have picked up and feel its beyond help, but too sentimental to scrap??? No shame in my game and it never hurts to ask! I'm no miracle worker, but I have a soft...

    "Haze" removal from kettle lid

Nothing I tried worked to restore any luster to this 26'r, in fact I was afraid of doing any more harm to the finish that has grease stains and road rash. Since I sold this one, I've seen similar pics of the same type of "rash" on the older 26'rs. Just roll with it.

    Two 22's

Its kind of a small comp bbq community here and we usually offer up stuff on the PNWBA forum before we stoop to craigslist. I just sold my 22's for $500 along with a bunch of other grills and dealing with time wasters, flakes and scammers will get to you. The guy that bought mine knew he was...

    Barrel House Cooker

Thanks @Robert-R! I would be using a 15 gallon drum on either an SL bowl or a cut section of a drum. I'm just playing around with ideas for now, just seeing whats out there.
