    People's Choice Ribs

    I am entering my first contest and have a question on the people's choice portion for ribs. The organizer requested we provide a bite size portion for 150 people. Do I need to provide a rib for 150 people or do I give a piece of meat from the rib for each person? Thank you!

    Lots of smoke coming from around the lid

    I smoked my first Turkey on Thanksgiving, which came out very good. WHen I first started the smoker, a great deal of smoke came out from around the lid. Is this normal or is there something wrong with the fit of the lid? -Thanks-
