I am entering my first contest and have a question on the people's choice portion for ribs. The organizer requested we provide a bite size portion for 150 people. Do I need to provide a rib for 150 people or do I give a piece of meat from the rib for each person?

I recently read about a 50:50 brisket injection of apple juice and coke. Has anybody tried this? If so, how did the brisket turn out? Any other recommendations for an injection.

Fried Turkey won out last year against my smoked version, so this year I will only fry a bird. What is another meat that I can smoke that will go with the fried turkey?

I smoked my first Turkey on Thanksgiving, which came out very good. WHen I first started the smoker, a great deal of smoke came out from around the lid. Is this normal or is there something wrong with the fit of the lid?
