Way to go Robert, The Performer at 100% is a gift from the BBQ gods.. well maybe not that mythical but it really does make the process just that much easier, quicker and cleaner.

I use one of these to brine my yard bird and mini yard birds (cornish hens), fits in the apt sized fridge we have.. I haven't put two chickens in it yet but I'm pretty sure it will hold two. You might find one at wally world...

That cleaned up really nice Matt, I had one back in the early 90's and wore it out, and last month I found two, an AD followed by a P code CGA both were very clean to start with, the P used once and stored for 20 years. The bottom vents were upside down too and interfered with the legs closing...

Really nice find Todd, would love to see pic's of the kettle and the SK set mated up. I also gotta agree with Bob and Ken, the folks over at WKC would love to see pics this find and would welcome another collector of fine vintage Weber products (read that as another Weber Junkie) :rolleyes:

I'll try to answer some of your questions/observations about this pic..

Is the little container that the meatballs and snausages are in, a mini Weber of some sort??,, Kind of has that 3 legged kettle look to it.

I use mine pretty regular, just depends which kettle I'm using. Even mashed the bottoms a bit flatter so they fit under the JJ food grate when needed as an intense sear monster, coals are like an inch below the cooking surface.

I have both and I use the Performer 5 to 1 over the OTG and it is because of the table, But I do have the OTG right next to the Performer so I can (wait for it) use the table, and when I do a larger cook I have both going..

I bought a used Chef’s Choice 320 a few years ago off Ebay for cheap.. I love it but the other half hates it when I sharpen the knives as she always cuts the hell outta herself even with ample warning. :rolleyes: I’ve actually caught her trying to dull the knives so she can use them without...

Just got the C&B Performer off CL for 20 bucks and the OTG about a month ago for 40.. AT Q 220 / CN Jumbo Joe / DZ 22 OTG / C&B AD Performer

Looks like Save Mart is having a buck a bottle (18 oz) sale on it this week, I wish they sold the Sweet Vidalia Onion sauce here in Cali..
