    Chicken drumsticks on the bottom grate cook time?

    WSM 22.5 Ribs up top running @ about 275-285. I have never smoked the drumsticks on their own and looking to eat @ 4.30 PM EST'ish. Oh' ribs ent on @ 10:45. Thanks. Any help would be great. John

    Just picked up a 22.5 WSM yesterday to go along with my other Weber's. Got it for $399.99 out the door beautifully assembled from a local BBQ shop, pretty good deal I think? Did a first cook, 2 quartered Amish chickens on the top grate... Used my current favorite charcoal from Trader Joe's...
