    This weekend I added a new drink to my BBQ drink rotation. It is a "dark and stormy". Its made with 1 part Gosslings black rum, 4 parts ginger beer and a lime wedge. Real easy to drink and to make. Makes for a good summery refreshing drink.

    temp readings

    Hi everyone, I have a question about some temp readings I was getting this weekend. I was cooking 3 racks of back ribs this weekend at 225 degrees. In the first hour the temp went up to 160. For the next 4 hours the rib temp gradually dropped to 149 degrees. I have never seen this before...
