Good morning all,
I awoke bright and early today thinking about my new 22" WSM. I won it last sunday in a raffle and havent had a chance to fire it up yet. Well that is all about to change today. I am thinking of throwing on 13 lbs of Butt tonight and doing a nice "low-n-slow" overnight cook. Make some homemade slaw in the a.m. and enjoy some pulled pork for lunch. Oh yeah, along with the new 22 I had to get a new BBQ Guru. That came on Thurs. If your in Dracut tomorrow stop in for a beer and a sammich.
