    Probe port grommet for WSK

Temp probe cables between the lid and body gaskets really is the best way to go. Wouldn't running the cables through the atc fan port be a little close to the fire? Maybe I'm missing something here.

25th Anniversary of The Virtual Weber Bullet website

I found TVWB back in 2009 when I received an 18.5 WSM for Fathers Day and didn't know what to do. That website taught me so much and still does. I owe my smoking skills to you, Chris. I honestly can't say Thank You enough.

Arizona > Surprise: QuikTrip Store #494

All of the QT's in the KC area, and there are a lot of them, have that sandwich now but I have not tried one. If it is made to order in the deli it might not be too bad. I hope it isn't just cooked meat with bbq sauce.

    Outdoor tent/canopy suggestions

We had a 10 x 10 canopy on our deck before replacing with a full blown sunroom. It had a steel frame that screwed to the deck and removable fabric. It made the south facing deck livable in the summer. November first I would remove the fabric and store it until April first. If I remember...

Well, OK. How about a pizza pan on top of your Vortex. They missed the boat and will probably not sell many at that price. C'mon Weber!
