Exactly. Anything you have had success with as far as time and temp is only a guideline for the future. It's ready when it is ready. That works both ways too. Sometimes it is done sooner than expected as well.

Dude, be as greedy as you can. This is a hell of a sale that happens maybe 3 times a year. Last year I ran out in the middle of winter and ended up buying at regular price. Never again.

Ha! Yeah, I got some looks when I put mine in the garage and kept coming back with more. I think Lowe's has a similar deal, but limiting it to 2 packs kills the deal. I think it ends tomorrow, but not 100% sure. The sale has been going on for about 2 weeks now.

Done. I love my 14.5. It is so convenient. I am usually cooking for just myself so firing up the 18.5" was a chore and a waste of fuel as well. I also feel that it holds temps better as well. Might be my imagination though.

I don't know man. We had a discussion about the Ranch in the "For Sale/Deals" section. It isn't exactly cheap, and takes up alot of room. Only you know if you will use it enough to justify the purchase. Would a 22.5 WSM be a better purchase or a 26.5 OTG? Just hate to see you buy a Ranch...
