I just purchased a new performer and love it. But now I'm wanting a warming rack for it. I seen that Weber in the past made one (3200). I can't find one on line anywhere that has them. Is there any place that has any left or what would be a good one to get.

So......how are those White Castle burgers? Always see them at Sams but haven't tried them. I'm afraid if they taste like the real thing ill eat them every day.

Bubba burgers are good. Perfect for a short dinner.

I installed the tape and work great for a few smokes, until I lifted the lid during the last smoke and the nomex stuck to the life and the adhesive stayed. So......I guess ill clean again and try it one more time.

So what do you all think. Better to foil beef ribs after three hours or so or to let them go till cooked.

Already had dinner but breakfast sounds good right now after that.

I'm going to make an attempt at beef ribs this weekend. I have been trying to do some homework on the best way to smoke them but have not really found much. My biggest question is time and temp. I was just going to go with the 3-2-1 method and see what happens. Is this a good way for starters or...

Gasket to keep the smoke in and a ATC. ATC for sure. It's makes it so much easier.

I ordered a 6' food and BBQ probes for $16 on barbequejunction.com. they where on back order but I ordered any way. He emailed me the next day and said he would have more within a week. And he did.

When I search for the tape I get many types. What brand of tape did you guys get? I just want to make sure I get the right one.
