Buffalo Legs

My wife's sons have been begging for hot wings lately. Well, I have a several dozen drumsticks in the freezer, so it is Buffalo Legs. With the sauce I made they dont need wings!

I put a dozen legs on the rack after dusting them with Penzeys Northwoods Seasoning. They spent 35 minutes on the Performer indirect.

Next they went for a swim in my sauce. I dont have a recipe so I just winged it.
(Franks+Louisiana+Wilbers Revenge+CaJohns Scorpion Sauce+ 4 shakes of Volcano Dust 3. The VC kicked it up SEVERAL notches in heat.)
