    Why? The same reason we have a bunch of different pots and pans, a microwave, stove, and and two ovens. They each have their own purpose and allow you to cook a whole bunch of food when entertaining. :)

    Love the grill marks on the steaks! You mentioned CI, but do you have a CI grate? I normally don't like sprouts, but I'd eat those in a heartbeat. Makes sense to quarter them.

    I place my mini on a plastic folding table. I've never had a problem with it. Sometimes I'll place a foiled covered pizza pan under to catch any that makes it way out (ash, gunk, etc...).
