    Tandoori Chicken

Dude! That looks incredible! Love garam masala and even though we do store bought sometimes, its much better and surprisingly easy to make at home.

52 Day Dry Aged Prime Ribeye on the SmokeFire

Thanks everyone, well worth the wait. It was hard at first, but got a little easier every day. Next one will be a whole brisket or bone in ribeye!

52 Day Dry Aged Prime Ribeye on the SmokeFire

This was a whole 17 pound prime ribeye that we dry aged for 52 days in an umai dry aging bag. Using PB competition blend pellets, we started at 600 degrees to get our cast iron “insert” up to temp. Tossed on the steak, flipped her four times about every 60 seconds, then moved to the top rack...

    Sneak Preview

Sorry 28 days turned into 45 days which turned in 52 days. We just unwrapped and ‘steaked” it on Sunday. It turned out incredible! The only thing I will say is that it turned out a lot firmer than I expected. Not tough, but firm. Still super juicy with incredible flavor. I think next time we’ll...

    Stuffed Portabellos on the SmokeFire

Thanks! Yep I just wing pretty much everything 😜 I can say I started with 1 pound 7% ground turkey, browned with 1/2 course chopped sweet onion then added 1/2 pound frozen chopped spinach and 4oz. Cream cheese. Everything else is to taste.

    Stuffed Portabellos on the SmokeFire

This is one of our absolute favorite meals! Stuffing consists of ground turkey, spinach, onions, cream cheese, Montreal chicken and herbs de provence. Topping is a blend of mozzarella and provolone and “Texas topping”, a blend of crispy onions and jalapeños. Delicious 😋

1.8 Pound Porterhouse on the SmokeFire

Saw this guy in meat display and couldn’t pass it up for $14. Would have preferred thicker, but we didn’t complain. Just had to watch it like a hawk. 500 degrees with Pit Boss Competition Blend pellets to an internal of 128. Accompanied by our favorite unimaginative sides :ROFLMAO:

ThermoWorks Smoke Open Box Sale: 35% off

I realize this particular deal is over, but answer your question for the next deal, I’ve bought two open box items and they’ve both looked and functioned like perfectly new. Nobody would know they weren’t perfectly new by looking at them.

    Weber Wok Stir Fry

Wow, everything looks awesome! We’ve never made macaroons from scratch, but it needs to be on our list!!

    Rough day out here.

We sincerely feel your pain. This was us on Saturday Night. All from our house and needless to say we haven’t thought much about grilling:

Prime rib eye cap steak from Costco.

We’ve probably had them from Costco three or four times and they’ve always been incredible. Luckily none of the trimming issues others have experienced. In fact, we have one in the deep freeze right now. We usually treat them just like a ribeye. I’ll second the descriptive “decadent”🍻

    Tomahawk Pork Chops

Awesome looking pork chops! Love seeing all that grilled on the Q. I would go wit what Cliff said, but as far as how it happened, it happens to me if I choose full image on an individual photo and then again choose full image for all photos. So I don’t do that anymore.

    Tomahawk ribeye

Now that’s certainly better than a tie! Congrats on such a beautiful steak!

    Peruvian Chicken on the Genesis
