Tomahawk ribeye

My wonderful Son and Daughter-in-Law bought me my first tomahawk ribeye for my birthday.

I put it on the smoker at around 230° for about two hours until it got to 120°, took it off and let it cool down a bit. Fired up all three burners on the Weber and seared it for a couple of minutes on each side. (I made my bed first.)

Can't wait for my next birthday!
