Tandoori Chicken

Nothing overly fancy, although a definite change of pace. Used a store bought Tandoori seasoning and added some Garam Masala, chopped onion, lemon juice and Greek Yogurt. Marinated BSB's and thighs for about 6 hours, then grilled.

Made this curry recipe I was given a few weeks ago. It is a first class ticket to flavor town and really rounded out the plate. I served the chicken on top of some of the curry and added some Basmati rice with a little of the curry on top. Great stuff.

Dude! That looks incredible! Love garam masala and even though we do store bought sometimes, its much better and surprisingly easy to make at home.
