That got my attention and Barbs too, will be stealing that immediately for a future cook.
Steve do you have a recipe for that or just wing it?

I can say I started with 1 pound 7% ground turkey, browned with 1/2 course chopped sweet onion then added 1/2 pound frozen chopped spinach and 4oz. Cream cheese. Everything else is to taste.
