UPDATE: I ended up buying a NOS Raspberry Pi 3 B+ board for $30. It looked just like the board on the left in my photo above. It worked so I am going to pick up 4 more boards.

That's what I figured. Anytime I have ever called them for anything, they took care of it. Even when I call them for stuff on my 20 yr old original SS performer they help me out. Their customer service is unbelievable.
