I have been seeing smoked half and whole chubs of bologna for years but have never found any "cheap" Lowest price I can find for no name is $5.99 a pound! Hell, I can get sirloin steak for $4.99! Name brand bologna is $9.99!! The only cheap stuff is already sliced but only $1.99 a pound...

I decided to stuff the pork loin I am smoking today. I cut the loin open with a roll cut. Seasoned with Moorish seasoning and stuffed with spinach and cranberry white cheddar. Onto the Weber to smoke for a couple of hours with cherry as the smoke wood.

I think I am going to smoke a pork loin. Have not decided if I want to stuff it or not.

This is the only way to travel. My wife and I always seek out the small one of type joints. Our favorite so far has to be Mick's in North Little Rock. Just a tin shack next to the road across from the railroad tracks. His father started it after learning how to BBQ from Jim Neely in Memphis...
