both sound like great ideas, how do i go about building a mini Ranch? tables are nice for work space, but i transport the 26 and Ranch to cookouts. The table setup would be to much, but the Ranch, mini Ranch and 26 would be cool! i'm new to this forum stuff, should i start a new thread for...

do you notice excessive charcoal dust from A.T.C. blowers?

Hi Bob, I'm using the Cyber Q wi fi. I'm real happy with it , been using it for a few years now i have WSM 22 and i love that also. There is a fine gray dust on top of the foil, I've only noticed it when i foiled a pan and saw it. I just assumed it was from the blower. Thank you all for responding.

do you notice excessive charcoal dust from A.T.C. blowers?

When I wrap or pan and cover a product i find there is what i think is excessive charcoal dust on the foil. naturally it has to be getting on the meat before it is covered. comments and opinions please.

not using water in 22 WSM

Now that is a thought! I would like to try that. I would have to watch it a couple of cooks just to feel comfortable. I never would have thought of that. Thank you. what is your experience doing it this way with ribs and butts?

    Does the WSM need seasoning?

I filled mine with charcoal and put some wood chunks in just to see how it burned, after it got up to the smok'n temp and stayed there for several hours i wished i would have put some meat it ! put something in it! it will turn out great!
