My usual summer beer is Anchor Summer, but I will occasionally pickup a six pack of Philadelphia Brewing's Kenzinger. Thankfully there is an awesome six pack store near me that specializes in craft beer.
I use a spray bottle when i make roadside chicken. i haven't had any problems with it clogging. It does make application quick, but I've always gone indirect, so i've never had flare-ups.
I made this for the family yesterday. It was easily the best chicken i've ever made. I did it indirect on my OTG and tried to crisp the skin up at the end over direct.
