About the kettles, I found a matching blue Performer Deluxe SS for a good price. Not sure it is worth testing the strength of my marriage though.

Almost done with the rehab on the grill I'm keeping, Redhead Genesis 3000, sandblasted firebox and endcaps, all new stainless steel hardware, new burners, grates, and even wheels. Just waiting on the new hubcaps to come in. Then I find this bluehead... Apparently I have to have a blue grill...

Thanks for input Bruce and Jon! It seems like sticking with one at a time is the way to go for now. While I don't think I am old, let's just say my focus is often spread thin... And Jon, that workshop looks almost as big as the house I rent 🤦‍♂️

The weather is getting nicer and life has calmed down (some at least) so that I can start working on grills more actively again. Sold one last week and managed to pick up another before the wife noticed the empty spot in the backyard... :LOL: Do you guys who flip grills more regularly work on...

I drive by OJs all the time for work but rarely eat there. Next time I'm in downtown San Jose and getting food, I will try my hardest to say no to La Victoria and try the OJ hamburger sandwich. Thanks Chris for the write-up!

I have the Kizen thermometer that Bruce linked to. It has worked well, but the metal probe has com loose a few times. I just pust it back in, but know that I am on borrowed time with it. The thermopro has been on my radar for the next one.
