    Rotisserie Chicken Time lapse

Got a new GoPro, thought I'd try and have some fun with it. My battery died towards the end. But it was a fun project. Can wait to see what else this little camera can do.

    Pork Rib Roast

I wanted to do something good for the (very disappointing) Bronco game yesterday. This 5.58lb pork rib roast caught my eye at Costco. So I ran with it. I decided to do an overnight apple juice brine, and then I rubbed it down with a Rib Rub from Oldtownspiceshop.com that I got for Christmas...

    Throwdown #22: Tailgate Party

Ok, here goes my first attempt at a pit challenge. For my entry I went it a Chili-Cheese Bratwursts. Started by making the chili. This is family recipe that my mom has been making my whole life on the stove. I recently made it in a cast iron pot on the kettle with some smoke, and now it's...

    Weber Grill Restaraunt

That is really cool! What a great idea for a restaurant. I didn't know it existed, it might be time to cross "go to Wrigley field" off my bucketlist and get some good food while I'm at it.

Weber Ranch kettle off of Craigslist.

You should definitely build your out grate out of expanded metal as suggested. That would be way cheaper than a $250 grill grate.
