    Hi everyone, I have search everywhere I could think of for some curing salts, preparations here in Moncton, NB. Anyone else have problems finding curing salts in Canada? If someone could help me find some I would be very grateful. Thanks!

    Back Ribs on the WSM

    The ribs weren't too spicy. Very tasty thought. The first time I heard of tiger sauce was in this forum and boy did it not disappoint. I love that stuff! I find it especially great on egg rolls. It's like a sweet and sour sauce with some heat.
