I never get tired of those wonderful ribs on the WSM. They never disappoint

Rubbed with some pretty basic spices. Chili powder, Cumin, Garlic powder, Cayenne, salt and pepper. Tried to to a few cuts to see how that would work out. Didn't see much of a difference.

After 3 hours time to wrap them up. Added some butter, Tiger sauce and some brown sugar.

Meanwhile I put some potatoes on the grill with some herbs and butter (I learned this technique somewhere on this forum just can't remember who).

Good looking ribs Guil.
The potatoe technique I learned here also from Jim Lampe.

Tiger sauce must have made them a little hot? Like the finished product.

The ribs weren't too spicy. Very tasty thought. The first time I heard of tiger sauce was in this forum and boy did it not disappoint. I love that stuff! I find it especially great on egg rolls. It's like a sweet and sour sauce with some heat.
