That hot sauce and rub combo looks amazing! I may have to try that. I've been hot sauce crazy lately from watching this awesome show on YouTube called Hot Ones.

Wow! That is really impressive! I would replace my 22.5" performer with one of those for sure. I really like the heavy duty side burner.

Regarding the gas ignitor. You may have already tried this but, the sparking end of the ignitor is screwed into the ignitor tube just before it enters the kettle. Unscrew it from the tube and wire brush / clean the the metal portion of the ignitor end. When I bought my performer off of kijiji...

Wow looks awesome! Loving the mods and wood detail. The overhang of the lid bale system always bothered me as well. I just upgraded my SS performer to the 2015 version, I wish I did it earlier.

Sharing my weber family. The performer was the start of it all. It was purchased used while I was in university. I recently purchased some new parts for it to make it nearly new. I just got the go anywhere last week to use while travelling this summer.
