    Very subtle... Perhaps using espresso would give it a bigger punch. Just using dark roast Dunkin Donuts coffee gave it a subtle flavor...but it's definitely there.

    Yes. It's definitely not a set it and forget it kind of thing...You have to watch over it like a hawk. So really it requires you to move it around quite a bit. Luckily it's not a thick chunk of meat and it cooks in a short amount of time.
