Tandoori Chicken

Thought I'd give Tandoori Chicken a Try

Worked out well. I'd make it again...but I'd reserve some of the Yogurt Mixture to add to the chicken near the end of cooking.

Live and learn.

The Marinade was Yogurt, Turmeric Powder, Garlic, Lemon Juice, Curry Powder, Cumin, Coriander Salt and Cayenne

Biryani Rice, Mushrooms along with the grilled Zucchini
