Yup, I just did that


 
Iā€™ve done that for smash burgers.

Cook it all in one big flat piece. Then cut into squares. Very efficient.
And very good! Have enough to make some more for Sunday football. And some wings too.

I figured I used 2# of beef across 16 sliders. So around 2oz per slider.

The finger pokes into the beef helped ensure an even cook. Very quick to assemble and get to the table.
