You'll Be Sorry in the Morning Burgers

TVWBB 1-Star Olympian
Fire roasted some Pasilla, Yellow and Jalapeno peppers on the grill using my weed burner.

Let the peppers steam a while then cleaned the skins, seeds and veins

Some abts stuffed with a little cream cheese and some leftover Italian sausage from last night

Some onions sauteing and the peppers sliced real thin and cooking in a CI pan

Burgers on the grill

Burgers indirect with a slice of Chipotle Pepper Jack cheese

Burger topped with the onion pepper mixture and Kinders Exxxtra Hot BBQ sauce and served with some leftover potato salad.

I started off thinking that the weed burner was a touch over kill for roasting some peppers.. But that was only the beginning! And it all went up hill from there.. Great lookin burgers, but I agree.. you didn't share at all hehe..
 
Those look great John! I think I'd have to have a Zantac or two just to make it worth eating them.
