Rich after church here soon tonight I will be out on the deck in slippers, shorts and T shirt in 20deg and grilling away with a nice glass of Cabernet at my side at least the mosquitoes have finally started to die back

Yep, Rich we are in 1500 SF with a one car detached garage. Wife insists that her car lives in the garage (I really don’t mind when I don’t need to scrape to take her to work) and I'm storing bags of KBB in the back of the Jeep as well as the stack next to the car!
I just don’t want to pack all the crap and move it!
