Butts were 0.99/lb today, and the temperature hit 70 degrees, so I had to cook one. A little over 10 pounds, rubbed with Memphis Dust, and cooked over Walmart briquettes (that's all I had) and hickory. It cooked for about 11-1/2 hours and is now resting in a cooler. I didn't take any pre-cook photos, but here is the finished product, before pulling. I'll be eating a pulled pork sammich in about 45 minutes, which is one definition of a good Saturday.
