I haven't been by much lately, but rest assured, the grills are still getting used a lot (gotta work my way through the Memorial Day charcoal stash!) :)

Anyway, working on some ribs for MNF..... baby backs, lightly dusted with Red Eye Express (Dizzy Pig), and cruising on the kettle at 300-325 (apple & hickory).

Man! It's been years since I grilled ribs. Different than the usual low/slow, and delicious! These went about 90 minutes indirect at 325-350, and direct for thirty minutes flipping four times. Might have needed a little sauce on the side, but stood up well on their own.
