I'm sorry.
The beans are already cooked. I'm just re frying them and smashing them.
It takes us about 2-3 hours to do our beans also.
 
Okay, that explains it, but refrying them, sound interesting...

After mine are cooked I drain off most of the water, add some lard and salt and hit 'em with the outboard, so are you refrying them after this point?

I swear you guys should make a cookbook with all the wonderful authentic beautiful food you create. Heck it's already half written on this website.
 
Great Breakfast on a nice enough day to eat it outside. It was 30 here when I woke up this morning.
Too cold to sit outside in a jersey. Here it would have to be a bears jersey though.
