Hi. It's been a while since I posted but I still pop in to refresh my memory on various recipes. My WSM from 2009 is still going strong. I've looked long and hard at high end pellet grills over the years (MAC), but still think the WSM is king. I also grow peppers and smoke them in the WSM before saucing or powdering. Here's a few pics from yesterday's Memphis style ribs - one dry rub only and one with sauce. I tried the new Costco rib rub and thought it was quite good (still too spicy for my tender-mouthed kids though).
