Definitely a ranch in the background. The bubbling is weird. I wonder what would cause that. Heat? Dirty surface before paint… strange I have one of the same vintage and the paint on the shelf seems fine
 
That's a bummer. Looks like astroturf so wondering what's the source of water on the grill and patio? Gotta keep your grill dry! And Modesto, not much rain or humidity there, just hot hot hot.
 
That is a shame about the rust damage.
I would be tempted to make an offer if it didn’t have rust.
I’d get rid of my wsm and performer for this upgrade.

I don’t have Facebook so this is the only pic I can see.
Are there any other pictures that show any concerns?
I’m about to spend a month or so near that area.
If it hasn’t sold I might offer up $500 and repair the damage.
 
Price lowered to $1000… with the last WSK going quick for around $850 - maybe shoot for around $700ish?
