My daughters school has a fundraising gala every year and this year we won a nice raffle prize. A Weber Traveler and a cooler full of meat. I guess that me cooking 6 pork butts for the last few years for their homecoming weekend BBQ has finally paid off. Going to have to make some room in the freezer.

Great prize that I'm sure anyone on this forum would love. I think you are going to like your Traveler. It's simple with one burner, integrated side table, plenty of grill space and a lot of BTUs for a travel grill.

I really like my Traveler and keep it set up all the time as the sidekick to my SSP. I keep the Traveler set up with 2 griddle plates because I like how it cooks fish like Salmon, veggies, and smash burgers. The grill is easy to take places too.

Glad your new regulator kicked performance up a notch. I agree, Traveler is really good. I was smoking a brisket on a Mini WSM and decided last minute to cook a quick lunch on the Traveler when family happened to be home.

Used griddle plates to cook some Italian sausages, peppers/onions, and some zucchini. Also reheated a lamb chop and made hash...
