Wolfe/Nemo Pepper stout beef

Things are finally getting back to normal here, I always grill or smoke something special when we have a big storm. This is one smoke I will never forget, not only because of the end result but for the blizzard. I pretty much followed the recipe except for only 1 jalapeno, used red and green peppers, and Ipswich oatmeal stout instead of Guiness extra.

Snow has started, time to clean this off

Sorry for so many pics but I felt the smoke/storm deserved it. And Thank you to Larry Wolfe for sharing and Mr. Lampe's help.

Looks good! At least you got a good snowblower to help. Ariens is the Cadillac of snowblowers, I miss mine. Started to melt up there yet?

Looks great (except the snow LOL). I never thought of putting this over cous cous, since we eat it a lot. Is that feta cheese on top?

Thanks Gary, I was ready for it but Man we got seriously nailed. Tim I agree, it did take 12 hours at my house but if I didn't have it I'd still be digging, lol. We have had some warm days so it is melting but we will be snow covered for a while, plus we may get more this weekend. I had to use my snow shoes to pack down a spot in the backyard for my pup Junior. Mike I can send some your way if you'd like, hahaha.

Def great pics Eric! Fine lookin PSB and nice job on the snow removal. Luckily for all of us it went into the weekend and made cleanup a little easier....

Great lookin' beef Eric!
Yeah, I agree Ariens is THE SNOW KILLER... bought mine the day AFTER i killed my old Snapper thrower when we got socked with 26" of that ****ty white stuff a few years ago.

Great PSB...you can keep the snow...we have been enjoying 40 degree spring like weather but I'm sure we will get some more white stuff before long!
