Starting the day after the Hedge has been trimmed...A strawberry mojito!(well deserved)


Coal pile in the center...Getting HOT


Everything sliced/diced...A store bought can of Sprouts/bambu/water chess/carrots was added.
And a store bought stirfry sauce was added:


A really HOT CI wok!


Chicken was added:


1 min later the rest goes in:


After a few min the sauce was added and time to pull:


Served really simple with rice and a sweet/sour sauce.

Should have added some fish sauce and fresh ground schezuan. Thought the stir sauce had more kick to it. Next time ppl,NEXT TIME!
