With a maiden name like Wohlschlaeger (mom and pop both American-Germans) you would think my wife would like a plate too.
But no, she does not like sausage in any form, or kraut. :(

Mildo, I bought the Sauerkraut, there is three or four available here that are fantastic. Thumans and BoarsHead along with some smaller brands made locally.

And Jim, thank you so much for the vision in my head right now : )
