Wings with the Vortex, again.

Last evening, i did a half dozen whole chicken wings and eight Jalapeno Poppers using the Vortex, again. The poppers took thirty minutes and the wings took 42 minutes. We brined the wings for about one and one half hours, patted them dry and applied Weber's Kick'n Chicken. Five minutes before they were done, I sauced, both sides, with my Apricot Preserves, Honey, and Chipotle in Adobo Glaze.

They were only WONDERFUL! The skin was crisp, the wings were juicy and the flavor outstanding. They looked just like THIS:

I'm still fairly "Blown Away" by how evenly every thing is cooked with the Vortex. I am truly glad I made the "jump"...
