I had some chicken wings in the fridge I needed to cook up. It was a Spring like day again so I decided to use the Vortex to cook them up. Grilled some veggies too and baked a couple of potatoes.

Made a Buffalo sauce using Frank's Red Hot Sauce, butter, minced garlic, K Salt, Onion Powder, Chili Powder and some sugar. Snipped the ends off the wings and seasoned.

Mixed veggies with a little oil, salt and pepper.

Couple of potatoes on earlier for about and hour and 15 minutes.

Wings on. Wish I'd had eight more of them.

A week or so ago, I posted a loaf of Panettone I had made. It was a pretty large loaf and we had a hunk left over. My wife made this great Panettone Bread Pudding with Amaretto Sauce for dessert. It was delicious and my picture doesn't do it justice.

I tell you, this Vortex is amazing. These were the crispiest wings I'd ever eaten. Actually crunched on bite through. Thanks for looking everyone and hope you're having a great week.

Cliff, the entire meal looks amazing, but the bread pudding.......WOW! I have to ask, is there any way you could post the recipe, including the sauce? Bread pudding is one of the things I miss most from my childhood.
Thanks,
Tim

Wow Clint - great technique on those wings - they look awesome. I need to get one of those vortex units. That bread pudding looks superb (and I live in the land of bread pudding)...

Regards,

John
