Wing practice


 
I like variety. My favorite is Larry Wolfe's Orange Marmalade Sriracha Sauce (they can be smoked on the WSM or done indirect on the OTG and finishing over direct heat for a bit of char to crisp the skin). However, sometimes I like just plain BBQ'd chicken parts (including wings) by saucing with Sweet Baby Ray's (Chipotle Honey). Sometimes, I use the original Buffalo Sauce (half butter and half Frank's Hot Sauce) after smoking. They are all G-O-O-O-D!!!
