I love smoked Ham, especially ham sandwiches and Ham & Eggs but my favorite is Split Pea Soup. I failed to get any pictures of the half dozen sandwiches, but I did get some of the cook, the ham & eggs and the split pea soup. Went to Costco yesterday and got a Rack of Pork

Looks fantastic Chuck! I also love making grilled sandwiches with ham or bacon or both lol.
Here is the grilled egg, hickory bacon, smoked cheddar on Dark n sweet whole grain bread I just made for dinner on my Lodge cast iron griddle on my Broilmaster grill. Anytime is a good time for a breakfast sandwich.Screenshot_20251213_124202_Photos.jpg

Doesn't get much better than that ChuckO, Ham Sammies, Ham and eggs, split pea soup.....a Rack of pork.
House pic looks like a postcard... beautiful.
