Wifes first cook here and it was delicious. Fish tacos was on the menu tonight.I did nothing except eat and take pictures and start the fire...

Seasoned the tilapia with webers cajon seasoning..

In the beer batter they go..

Off to the CI they go...

my lovely wife on the grill..

also did some carne asada.

plated and ready to eat and used my chipotle sauce.Thanks for looking.

This recipe is for three pounds lbs of fish. You can use your preferred fish. I used tilapia. I added a cup of flour to a large bowl and a table spoon of baking powder. Add your favorite good beer (no cheap beer) into the batter with 1 egg and mix. Continue adding flour in small amounts until you get a thick creamy consistency and its ready for you to start dipping the fish.
