Wife's Birthday Dinner: Surf and Turf!

Got some New York strip steaks to throw on the grill and some raw shrimp for the wife's birthday. Put some ks&p minced garlic, rosemary, and a little chili powder on the steaks.

On the flip side.

marinaded half of the shrimp in some "kona coast" orange teriyaki sauce, and the other half in Olive Garden Italian dressing. And on the grill.

And your plate!


Kids plates. They insisted that I take a picture of their plate too.


and the wife made a raspberry cheesecake.

Well there you have it! It all turned out really good, and we had a good time.

Love that the kids make you take pics of their plates too. It's a family event and the Six house! That meat looks great! (and I'm not talking about your wife this time;))
