Why wouldn't you foil?


 
I think we're all good. A little jocularity to ease the tension can't cause any harm.

I don't have nearly the experience as a lot of you guys on here but in my 2-3 years of smoking meats i don't foil other than my ribs. I am not a fan of how the other meats turn out when i foil and it may just be my lack of experience and not really giving the foiling method enough time but i figure i like it when it is not foiled so why bother with the additional step.

I am also in the who cares how long it takes camp when it comes to BBQ...just gives me more time to crack a few cold ones and do nothing :)
