Whole chicken-- no leftovers !

Split up a whole chicken - figured on leftovers for lunch - not gonna happen... That's the theme around here lately with 2 growing boys

Breasts and legs in Rick Bayless Roadside Cx marinade, thighs and wings in a Spicy Sriracha chipotle (whatever I pulled out of pantry) mix
Sweet potatoes
Gus with evoo and mccormicks salt free garlic /herb and some Cajun
1 lb turkey kielbasa
Chicken noodles and biscuits

It was cold out today and I had to work



A cool pic of my 2 boys and nephew(middle) from the NLDS 2 yrs ago vs the Cards . A large group of my family (12-15 of us ) were tailgating at the Roberto Clemente statue outside LF gate having a great time and a Pirate photographer took a series of 30-40 pics of all of us from a far and THIS one has been plastered all over pirates games, opening day programs, regular game day programs, websites, TV commercials... Etc etc.... It just resurfaced again for the Bucaroo Kids Club...
Local TV station the same day came to us as well and interviewed the lil yinzers as well...

We also met James Neal of the Pittsburgh Penguins that's day as well but that's another story

Made some "fancy apps" with the sausage , sliced em into thick coins and a toothpick in each on a paper plate !
