Who needs a steak house?!

So I arrived home early from work to make my beautiful GF a nice Valentines dinner. She wasn't expecting me to be home early, so this was a bit of a surprise. I got the flowers and everything set up before she got home:

Then I had a couple of rib eyes, bone off, sitting and getting to room temp:

Then added some Worcestershire sauce and Montreal steak seasoning and let them chill a bit more while I got the performer going.

Sorry, no action shots of this one.

But onto the plate with some garlic butter potatoes and asparagus:

These turned out fantastic and we had a very nice, romantic dinner at home, (without the kids - YAY!!), and enjoyed a great night.
