This damn thread made me want a nice skirt steak. My son is a Gemini so maybe we have those Saturday.

I've never understood what people see in a Filet, unless they wan't 99% lean and no flavor

I went on the Denver steak trin for a month or so, not something I would recommend....not the worst but there is much better if you wanted that beefy taste with added texture. Short rib steaks would be similar in texture sort of.
