Where can I get an extra charcoal grate?

I think only Weber carrys WSM parts... I haven't seen WSM parts anywhere else.
Shaun, give Weber Customer Service a call, they probably will set you up with a free grate.

I don't know where you are, but ACE hardware is a good source of Weber stuff.

Shaun,

Top grate is the same as any 22.5" Weber kettle, so you can buy that anywhere that Weber replacement parts are sold.

Bottom grate is slightly smaller and must be ordered from Weber Customer Service as Jim stated above.
